Marten Persiel
MARTEN PERSIEL (*1974) studierte Regie und Drehbuch an der Westminster University London. Sein Filmdebütfilm gab er 2012 mit „This Ain‘t California“, das weltweit ausgezeichnet wurde – u.a. bei der Berlinale als Bester Film in der Sektion ‚Perspektive Deutsches Kino’ und mit dem Publikumspreis der Warschauer Filmfestspiele. 2013 erhielt er eine Einladung zum Artist-in-Residence-Programm der Villa Aurora in LA, wo er die Recherche für sein Herzensprojekt „Everything Will Change“ (2021) begann.
