For the first time, the Emden-Norderney International Film Festival is collaborating with the Noordelijk Film Festival Leeuwarden in theNetherlands, presenting the „Fries Shorts“ program. filmmakers and festival organizers from the Netherlands and Lower Saxony/Bremen will also meet during this event to exchange ideas for potential future joint projects.
