Berlin-Gropiusstadt, a social housing complex on the edge of a metropolis. It‘s the last day of the year where some dreams are born and others disappear. Tarik receives a letter about his imminent deportation, Stella about her invitation to an acting school abroad and Luan wakes up from a bad dream in which he is left behind by the last two people he cares about. With Tarik out of reach, Luan has to make quick decisions which lead him off the sidelines himself. The more Luan tries to prevent his foreseeing from taking its course the more reality and fantasy seem to intertwine.

BEN VOIT studierte Angewandte Medienwissenschaften an der TU Ilmenau, Fotojournalismus an der LTU Melbourne und Regie an der Filmuniversität Babelsberg. Seine ersten Kurzfilme „Nacht über Kepler 452b“ und „Die allgemeine Ordnung“ erhielten mehr als 10 Preise und 40 Nominierungen bei renommierten Festivals. Seit 2025 ist er Stipendiat der Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes und studiert im Master Spielfilmregie in Babelsberg. Sein erster Langfilm „Gropiusstadt Supernova“ hat 2026 den Hauptpreis für den Besten Spielfilm beim Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis gewonnen.
