Nach seinem Abschluss an der London Film School hat er zunächst als Drehbuchautor diverser Serien wie z.B. „Pieter Aspe – Mord in Brügge“ für das belgische Fernsehen gearbeitet. Zudem hat er Werbe- und Kurzfilme realisiert, für die er mit internationalen Preisen – Euroshorts Winner (2003), Cannes Shortlist (2005) und Viktor Awards Grand Prix (2007) – ausgezeichnet wurde. Mit „Sum of Histories“ gibt er sein Spielfilmdebüt.
